
Dr. Vladimir Friedman
specializes in strength and conditioning
training, and the treatment of soft-tissue
injuries (whiplash, tendonitis, sprains,
muscle injuries, etc).
He has earned a post-graduate specialization
as a Certified Chiropractic Sports
Physician.
He is a long-time personal trainer with
extensive experience in NYC’s elite fitness
clubs and private home clients. He graduated
from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in
Physical Education and Exercise Science,
concentrating in Athletic Training. He
earned minors in Nutrition, Psychology, and
Secondary Education.
He is a graduate of the Whiplash and Brain
Injury Traumatology Master’s Program.
Dr. Friedman is also certified in the
Graston® Technique of soft-tissue assessment
and treatment. This technique incorporates
specialized tools which have been applauded
for improved outcomes in cases of tennis
elbow, Achilles tendonitis, carpal tunnel
syndrome, rotator cuff, and a wide variety
of other muscle and soft-tissue injuries. He
has also acquired his certification as a
Kinesio Taping Practitioner. He is also
certified in Electrodiagnostics after
completing a 150 hour post-graduate course
from New York Chiropractic College.

Dr. Jeff Friedman
is a graduate of CUNY-Brooklyn College with
a B.S. in Physical Education and Exercise
Science with a concentration in Athletic
Training.
He has completed the Whiplash and Brain
Injury Traumatology Master’s Program and is
also a Certified Clinical Nutritionist.
Dr. Jeff Friedman specializes in the
treatment of basketball players and boxing
professionals. He also has extensive
experience with injuries arising from
different types of accidents. He has also
completed the Electrodiagnostics course from
New York Chiropractic College and his
Certification as a Kinesio Taping
Practitioner.

Dr. Rob Curran
specializes in the treatment of low-back
injuries, degenerative disc disease, and
shoulder pain.
He is a graduate of the University of
Pittsburgh with a B.A. in the History and
Philosophy of Science, minor in Chemistry.
He is on the faculty of CUNY-Brooklyn
College instructing Human Anatomy, and at
the Swedish Institute College of Health
Sciences where he has taught Pathology,
Applied Anatomy, and Orthopedic Assessment.
Dr. Curran is one of the few clinicians in
the United States to have post-graduate
training in utilizing Real-Time Ultrasound
Imaging in the rehabilitation of his
patients. Just like the ultrasound of a
fetus during pregnancy, this device uses
sound waves to visualize the deepest
abdominal and spinal muscles to actually
view their size and activity.
He has completed numerous post-graduate
medical education programs on the prevention
and treatment of sports injuries, and has
been on the medical teams of several sports
