Welcome to the Practice
Before you arrive
When you call our office to set up your appointment, most
likely you will talk to one of our trained staff members on the
phone. A few key pieces of information will be necessary
as we begin on your journey to wellness. The staff member will
probably not be a doctor, so she will not be able to answer any
of your medically related questions. She will, however, be able
to answer any of your questions about your insurance information
and help you to schedule an appointment at a time suitable to
you. Your name and a contact phone number will be important in
our communication with you.

Your First Visit
When you initially visit our office, you will be given some
office paperwork to fill out about your current condition and
previous history. For your convenience this paperwork can be
downloaded to help you save some time. After you complete this
process, our doctors will take their time to thoroughly evaluate
you. This evaluation will help us in understanding your signs
and symptoms, their origin and the effect they have on you. This
in turn will help us in properly diagnosing the cause of your
condition. The diagnosing of your condition will be done using
extensive orthopedic, neurologic and functional examinations.
Initiation of appropriate treatment will be implemented on the
first visit using the most modern techniques available to treat
your condition.
Your first visit is usually time consuming, 1 to 1 ½ hours is
a good approximation of the time you will spend at the initial
visit. Follow up visits will differ every time, and will be
driven by how your condition responds to treatment.
At the completion of the evaluation and treatment, the doctor
will discuss with you the findings of your condition and provide
you with information on future in office treatment and home
procedures that you will have to implement.
Please look at the Forms page before your first visit and We
look forward to meeting you. |
